55 Sunrises for the 55th anniversary of the opening of the first YSL boutique on the Left Bank.
The luxury house will present in Miami for a few days the works of the Japanese artist Sho Shibuya, the "Sunrise through a small window" project. The creations are a reminder of the longevity of time during confinement and recall sunrises, captured by the artist.
Urban Act, at the request of Saint Laurent, is taking a number of the artist's works and exhibiting them in the street, as a sort of open-air museum. This approach allows part of the exhibition to be displayed in the public space in the form of wild posting.
The posters took up the shades and tones of the original paintings while preserving the paper medium dear to the creators. Installations respecting a specific arrangement of the visuals. This is a joint design geared towards sustainability. The posters were cleaned and recycled at the end of the campaign.
Parisians have been able to find this exhibition in the Saint Laurent Rive Droite concept store since early 2022.
A very specific profession, strong customer expectations and local know-how that is not always mastered
or up to the stakes, have prompted advertisers to seek Urban Act and its expertise beyond its borders.
