Nintendo wanted to communicate the launch of the Luigi's Mansion 3 video game on Nintendo Switch on the Day of the Dead.
With his torch and ghost vacuum, Luigi must save Mario and his friends through a spooky quest where he will have to face many ghosts and solve puzzles in a very creepy haunted hotel.
For the occasion, Urban Act has set up a street projection on a selection of trendy and nightlife areas. Nintendo then organised a competition, an invitation to hunt ghosts with Luigi. Participants had to go to one of the locations indicated on Nintendo's Twitter and then take a photo or video of the Luigi's Mansion 3 projection and post it on their Twitter account with the #LuigiParisHalloween.
After the draw, the winners had the chance to win a Nintendo Switch system and the Luigi's Mansion 3 game.
The flashy and neon-coloured video content caught the eye of passers-by in the Grands Boulevards, Canal St Martin, Abbesses, Rivoli...
A very specific profession, strong customer expectations and local know-how that is not always mastered
or up to the stakes, have prompted advertisers to seek Urban Act and its expertise beyond its borders.
